USDA Housing Preservation Grant for Public Review

To all interested agencies, groups and persons: 
 
Rebuilding Together Sandoval County intends to submit a pre-application to the United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, for a Housing Preservation Grant (section 533) for FY2025. Rebuilding Together Sandoval County seeks this grant to provide housing rehabilitation grants for 7 to 10 very low and low-income homeowners. The rehabilitation grants will make critical repairs to ensure the safe and healthy occupancy and preservation of their homes in the eligible rural areas of Sandoval County.

A proposed Statement of Activities will be available for public review and comment by emailing help@rebuildingtogethersandoval.org. Comments on the proposed Statement of Activities are to be submitted in writing to Mark Ryerson, Executive Director, at Rebuilding Together Sandoval County at P.O. Box 1913, Bernalillo, NM 87004 or via email at help@rebuildingtogethersandoval.org. Comments will be accepted through July 27, 2024.
